The general objective of the project is to develop a SAWS based on a bilayer structure of nanoporous films of ZnO and Pd with various, controlled porosities for H2 detection. This sensor will combine the advantages of a nanoporous film with those of the sensitivity of the electrical conductivity given by the bilayer structure.
